It wasn't more than a block or so away from the other building, but the entire first floor was a visible wreck, with broken masonry and ruined asphalt destroying obvious entry. It would probably eventually be demolished, when someone got around to it. However, like so many old, derelict buildings, it was forgotten and tomb-like.
The entry was into a fifth story window, accessible only through an old, ugly tree or actually scaling the wall. A few more flips and she was lunging into the room and rolling to a stop. If the damned 'bots followed them here, it would be a miracle.]
